There's a mix of everything in there--Amy Millan is alt-country (though she's usually a vocalist for Stars and Broken Social Scene who are decidedly not); Justice is fantastic dance music; Maximo Park is pretty solid British post-punk-revival with a twist; Mon Frere is the best heavy synthpop about vampires and werewolves you've ever heard (besides maybe The Damned); The Sounds are pretty much Blondie; and Arcade Fire is, well, Arcade Fire.
