That means if i ever get a lvl 70 char, stop playing for a while, i can still come back and have my lvl 70 guys still there waiting for me? Is there a time limit on how long I have to reactivate before they delete my character?
Barring unforeseen issues or changes, they'll still be there no matter how long you part. :)

When you come back, everything should be exactly as you left it. (Note: Those few that adhere to a scorched earth policy and delete everything first - your mileage may vary).
Do make sure to pull all AH auctions - and everything out of your mail however. The timers on those will continue to run and expire.

Ack, very sorry, I did misread that. Just log into account management and put in more time. Presuming that your account was left in good order, all should be well.
