Phone Services for Blizzard

I understand that the phone service can get clogged up by the Diablo III problems, but 6 days of not getting a hold of the Account Services is ridiculous. Theres over 6 million people paying for Blizzard's franchise, the LEAST they can do is care about their customers more than they do. Because I feel like I'm being treated like garbage with the amount of support given to me. I've alerted the ingame GM's and they give me the direct phone number of the Technical Support for my problem. I call and I get the same response everytime, "Currently our Hold queue is full, and we're unable to take your call." Blizzard, you need to change your ways or your losing another "valued" customer. Thanks.

Well, your very first issue - is you aren't on an account that is in any way related to the one you are trying to deal with.

While I could go through these many tickets and suggest more productive ways to contact us - I really can't talk about anything on this account with someone logged into another totally unrelated one.

Yes, our phone queues are VERY busy at the moment. Perseverance will pay off. Be aware, however, if you cannot prove your ID to their satisfaction on the phone - documentation may still be required, that's for your safety.
