Holiday Support Hours

Billing & Accounts Services

Seasons greetings, fellow citizens of Azeroth! In order to better serve our customers both old and new during this holiday season, we will be extending the support hours for our Billing & Account Services team.

Our usual support hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Over the next month, we will be extending these support hours until 7:30PM from 12/26/2006 until 2/2/2007. Billing will be closed on the National Holidays of 12/25/2006, 1/1/2007, and 1/15/2007.

Technical Support

Live Technical Support will be available for a half-day this coming Friday, December 22th from 9:00AM-3:30PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and will be closed on Monday, December 25th due to the national holiday. Please note that while the Technical Support department will be unavailable, our GM Department will be available at all hours throughout the holiday season.

    And all this time I thought I, as a Game Master, lived in California. I must be operating under the wrong impression or missing an important memo. = \

    We do work on location at Blizzard offices as well. That's a common misconception. ; )
