Alright, I will try and make this short and sweet. My name is [Player 1] my account was frozen due to, and this is according to the e-mail I was sent. "The account contains incomplete or inaccurate billing contact information which is a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use." I am posting on my best friends account which I posted on 48 hours ago and was very upset and I do apologize for the rude way of handling my account retrieval process and yes I was in the wrong, but it is very frustrating. Now my question is this my wow account ( Needlez lvl 70 Tauren male warrior on the server Nordrasil server xfered) is paid for by my best friend whos account I am posting on right now check the names and last amount payed they all show up and also the original addresses of both accounts they are both from Indiana, thats not a coincidence as I am the original owner, but [Player 3] does pay for it because he owes me money. Now theres nowhere in the TOU does it say that I cant do that. And secondly there is two WoW Accounts under 1 e-mail the full names on both account are [Player 1] and [Player 2], and [Player 2] is my "son" in a way but not by blood. Now I am wanting to know what cause this problem the fact that my best friend pays my wow account, or the fact that theres 2 wow accounts under 1 e-mail??? I just want to know so I can fix this and never have this problem again and get back to playing the game I love once you finally recieve my faxes, which by the way I have sent to both from were I work at in Indy and I have contacted the Account Administration Dept. and sent another fax with all the info I was asked of, but have gotten no reply, I have a 4 day weekend and really wanna play again. Anyways any info would help as to why so I can fix this once the Account Admin gets my fax. Thanks for any info

I apologize, Hitman, but only Account Administration will be able to answer any questions regarding why your account was locked. I highly recommend contacting them if you have not heard back for several days. They can be reached using one of the following methods of contact:

Account Administration

With that being said, please remain patient. These sorts of issues can take some time to properly investigate and address.

Also, the How to Stay in the Game guide may be worth reviewing, Hitman. Please take a look at this guide here:

Best of luck, bud.

What it all comes down to, Hitman, is providing us with accurate billing information. If you are certain that your billing information is completely accurate, I would not worry so much. If the information is inaccurate, make sure you provide the appropriate information on the account retrieval form.

I realize that the account you are posting on and the account in question are two entirely different accounts. It is important that you realize account sharing is a violation of our policies. The person an account is registered to and 1 minor dependent is able to log into a World of Warcraft account. If you have access to another player's account or someone has access to your account, I suggest ceasing this shared access immediately. Take the appropriate steps to secure your account information, my friend.

I truly hope to see you reclaim your account, bud. Make sure you take the steps necessary to keep your account out of harm's way.

I just wanted to make sure you were aware of our policies, Hitman. :)

It is only necessary for your friend to fax his information to Account Administration if his account was also locked.

Please remain patient.

having 2 accounts with different names is not against the TOU and that is allllll I wanted to hear

To reiterate, you are only able to access an account in which you are the registered owner. If the account is not registered under your name, you are unable to use this account unless you are a minor child of the account holder. Under no circumstance are you allowed to use an account otherwise.
