A way out?

I'd like to ask what Blizzard was thinking when they made warrior's only way out of stuns and snares their PvP trinket with a five minute CD? Honestly, all we have is intercept that has a hefty cooldown to even get to our target, not to mention if you're snared it's a slow motion charge which you'll probably more than likely be stunned during or stopped.

Honestly though, warriors need an ability that can break their bonds. I'm sick and tired of being snared and trying to catch my target at 5% so I can execute him. Intercept's CD is much too long, and it can even be stopped in mid animation, especially if you're snared.

I was just going to propose an addition to intercept, the ability for it to break all snares, stuns, and root effects while making you immune to those effects for a short ammount of time. And if that's too powerful for a non-talent ability, make it require talents. Almost every class has a way out, but it when it comes to warriors we have nothing to keep from getting stunned to death or snared to death. We have our 5 min CD pvp trinket to wipe snare but nothing else. A class that is so dependent on melee combat, blizz sure wants to keep them unable to get into melee range.

Hell, even decreasing intercept to a shorter CD would be satisfactory, considering its our only way to egt back to our target when snared.Or give us some ability, with a short immunity to snares and stuns, when i think of a warrior jsut standing there getting stunned until death I start feeling like the warrior class isn't how I envisioned a warrior. Helpless as a baby.

Melee classes are naturally going to see more impediment with things that keep them out of range. You are asking for built-in counters for the class. Rather than designing them into the class, the designers expect a group to provide benefits where a class alone can not provide it.

Warriors already have a modicum of CC-breaking ability, but it is highly unlikely that they are going to get broad counters to such abilities. There aren't going to be one-size-fits all CC breaking abilities or several abilities that counter various categories of CC conained in the warrior class, because closing range is the primary challenge and difficulty for the class. Yes, I realize it can be frustrating, but this is a melee class and it is always going to be susceptible to CC of some kind.
