How long does YOUR ticket take?

One to three hours, usually, depending on the night.

Generally, all tickets have equal priority, but in certain cases--mass stuck players due to realm crashes, for example--certain tickets may be pulled and addressed en masse ahead of others in order to make sure that people are actually able to play. These go to a specific subset of Game Masters and don't affect the speed that the other tickets in the queue are addressed.

No, you're mostly right. It's only in extreme cases that certain tickets will be pulled "before their time".

More people playing concurrently means more tickets. Not to mention the fact that we offer players a larger range of services with far more leniency than we used to. Shorter queue times in the past were, in truth, partially due to the caps we placed on the timeframe necessary to report, for example, PVP reward reimbursements (if any), boss loot issues, etc.

That was only part of it, though. The truth is that we have an astronomical number of people playing now.

It looks like you abandoned your original petition, Shamond, very close to when it likely would have been answered. Though given your request it is unlikely that your request will be granted but you can ask. Leave the petition you have in, open. You do not need to remain online for it to be addressed.
