Deathcharger Drop - Blue Tracker

Last night the Deathcharger mount dropped for me on a solo Stratholm run, however upon looting my mount I was disconnected. By the time I got back online the instance had reset. I have a GM ticket filed an escalated but as the Dethecus realm is now down I don't know if said ticket will be completed. I will likely NEVER see this mount drop again and it is unnerving that the internet connection at my new house caused me to lose one the the most rare items in the game. Please, is there anything that can be done to assure me getting this item restored?

Your petition will not be lost as a result of the realm going down, Maorae. ;)

Our in-game support staff will see what they can do for you, even if you happen to be offline.

Hrm. I'm not trying to discredit you, believe me, but here's what I'm seeing: You kill that gargoyle and a few bosses, but then you get killed by a Plague Insect, disconnect four minutes later and log back in, disconnect and reconnect what looks like 5 or 6 times, and then don't log in for another couple of hours.

Are you sure it was on the run before you filed the ticket?
