An explanation please

Could you please tell us WHY the servers are down. Some of us are bother with lack of information and just want to know WHY we cannot play. Just tap a tech, ask why, and then post...it would take all of 5 minutes and would make the outage easier to take for some. If my car doesn't work my mechanic will tell me what the problem is...why not WoW

It's being looked into at current. When we have more details for everyone, we'll make sure we post it. In the meantime, our network team is working on it.

If your car doesn't work, a mechanic will tell you what the problem is, once they find the source of the issue. In this case, we're currently hunting down the issue so that it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

We'll post an update as soon as we can.

I'm sure your mechanic would do everything possible to avoid the break down, but sometimes things happen. I'm sure once a breakdown happened, they would do what they could to get it back up and running.

It's not my analogy. ;)
