WoW account retrieval help

Im using my second account to write this topic . my account got hacked about 4 months ago and i got an email saying i had to fax all of my account info and a photocopy ID. So i faxed everything out about 5 days ago and i still haven't gotten a response. can any blues help me out with this to see if the AA recieved it. one of my characters name on that account is Terodd level 68 warlock. thanks

Looks as though the ID was illegible, Teroddo. May I ask if you've tried perhaps enlarging the copy's resolution before sending it over? Or, hm, you may also wish to photograph the ID and bump up the resolution there and then taping it to a sheet and faxing it over.

Also important: Both forms have to arrive in one submission. You can't fax one, stop, then fax another. If this happens, the fax'll be denied, too. :)

The last note that I see made on your fax shows that the ID received was illegible.

Please try the troubleshooting steps found in the link below.

It may be prudent to send the information by postal mail as well as faxing it again.
