Paladin quest & Scholomance glitch?

Me and my group just recently did the instance Scholomance, after making it to the Great Ossuary's basement and placing the Divination Scryer on the ground to summon Deathknight Darkreaver we were all killed. Upon ressurection we found that the door leading to the Ossuary was closed and did not have an option to open it. I would really appreciate help on this because we are now unable to finish the Paladin's epic mount quest.

It is kind of a 1 shot deal. If you fail, you have to abandon the quest, talk to the Pally trainer again, and restart/reset the instance. A pain? Yes. Worth it? Without a doubt.
