No PvE to PvP even though I lvled 1-70 PvP?

As the title states I lvled my warrior 1-70 on a pvp server and transffered him to play with a friend for a couple of months. He transffered off to another server so I'm thinking maybe I can get back to the PvP server. I don't understand why I am not able to transfer back, I was ganked left and right lvling him and now I can't go back? I would love if a blue can say anything on this, thanks.

Sorry for any confusion on this. We try and provide details when you are transferring from a PvP to a PvE server that you cannot go back as we currently do not offer PvE to PvP transfers.
