"Heroic Countenance" For All Instances

Magister's Terrace gave us a new way to unlock heroic mode, Heroic Countenance. Essentially it is a permanent spell cast on us after completing the quest to kill Kael, that keeps us from having to reach a certain reputation. This is what we need from here on out and hope it's adopted for WotLK, but I also hope Blizzard reconsiders their current heroic instances as well.

It would take a little extra work, but would also make sense to implement it for BC as well. This effect could be given to players for each instance hub for completing the quest-chain to kill the final boss of the final instance. The quests are already in place, all they would need to do is add the effect to the quest's completion and retroactively give players who completed the quests the Heroic Countenance for each hub.

This would mean players need skill and a competent group instead of the ability to rep grinding. It would also mean players would need to be a higher level in order to not only be able to acquire the quest-chains, but be able to clear the instances. Players would have to prove themselves capable of beating Kargath, Murmur, Kalithresh, Skyriss, and Aeonus to be attuned to heroic mode for the respective instances.

Also, now that we're out 5 keys, Blizzard could replace them with 5 new ones focusing strictly on opening door or summoning bosses. With the "Essence-Infused Moonstone" item being flagged as a key (although it merely summons a boss), this could mean 5 other boss-summoning items could be flagged as keys too (such as the Mallet of Zul'Farak, Blackened Urn, Eternal Quintessence, and Yeh'kinya's Scroll).
