Latin America Server is going to be where?

Well, I'm very happy with the announcement of a Latin American WoW server... but my question is... will the server be located ON Latin America or just a Spanish WoW server hosted on US? If that's the case, I won't be changing, since my MS (400-500 right now) will still be the same. And I'm posting on the US forum because I live on Brazil and we speak portuguese not spanish :P


Another question: Will be possible to transfer char?
