Is the Arena Tournament Realm stable yet?

So there was a lot of talk on the forums about issues with signing up, creating characters, long wait ques, disconnects from the servers, and just extreme lag.

I haven't seen an official blizzard post yet saying all of these issues were fixed yet. As a result we've been hesitant to sign up. Its only 20 bucks but I don't want to throw away 20 bucks...

Can anyone who has already signed up and is playing on the realm comment? Or an official blizzard response would be nice...

The arena tournament realm is currently very stable and you should experience little to no lag. We are still looking into reports of queue issues, however.
