Deleted Character Issue

I opened a ticket on February 29th (2nd ticket mind you) and was told:

"
*** Please do not respond to this email as an Account Investigator will contact you upon the conclusion of their investigation. ***
"

I still have not heard anything from an investigator. It has been over a month now since my initial ticket. Can someone please let me know if they're still working on this or have just forgotten... ?

This issue has been brought to the attention of our Specialist department. They will be looking into this issue shortly and providing you with additional information as quickly as possible. I appreciate your patience, my friend.

It does not appear that you character was deleted, Hrbank.

Nearly 2 years ago your character was transferred. Months ago you submitted an in-game petition in regards to your missing character and received multiple e-mails from our Account Administration department regarding this issue. As was indicated in these e-mails, we will be unable to reverse the transfer that you have experienced.

Upon your initial post, I thought it best to bring this to the attention of our Specialist Department in an attempt to look further into this issue. Regrettably, however, they were unable to provide the reimbursement that you requested, and no further reimbursement was provided.

I sincerely apologize as this result was obviously not which was desired. Regrettable, however, this issue has been looked into by various members of our staff multiple times, and the result has remained the same. I am terribly sorry that I am unable to provide a more positive response, Hrbank.
