I got an email from WoWGM Blizzard saying this :

Greetings,

It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell/trade your personal World of Warcraft account which as you may or may not be aware conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement. We require your full support in the resolution of this matter, if we do not receive your full cooperation we can and will permanently disable your World of Warcraft account. This is your first and final warning!

If you wish to ensure your account is not disabled you should immediately verify your details using the template provided below. We at Blizzard Entertainment take the sale of World of Warcraft accounts very seriously and need to confirm you are the original owner of the account and that it has not been sold/traded.

You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account by replying to this email and using the template below to verify your account and information:

* Full Name
* Address
* Zip code
* Daytime phone number
* Country
* CD-key, alternatively a photograph
* Account Username
* Account Password
* Account E-mail
* Secret Question and Answer
* Server of your primary character

We ask that during the verification process you please change the registered email on your account to:
[email protected]

If you ignore this email your account can and will be closed permanently.

As soon as we have this information we will be able to progress the resolution of this matter for you.

Regards,

Fake. Here's a quick way to spot the phishers from normal inquiries:

We will never, ever, EVER, eva-eva, evAr, ever ask for your password. Never. No. Not ever. Should the survival of the human race rest upon our Support division knowing your account's password, we would still not ask for it. We would allow monkeys to usurp our supremacy and reclaim the earth as their own.

That, and the "@wowaccountadmin.net" is not a valid address—for either party. Similar requests of this nature which are valid will be sent from "@blizzard.com". With this, we will never request that you amend your registered email address to anything than that of your own choosing.

For more information, there's a helpful sticky (found here):

Hope that helps. :)

Q u o t e:
What if the monkeys were Lions ... with Chuck Norris masks on?

Not a concern. Since the monkeys in your proposal aren't really monkey at all, the monkeys in mine would, in turn, Rick Roll any other species which chose to challenge their newfound dominance.
