Follow up on a ticket / escalation process?

(excuse me for not using punctuation)

Good morning Cust Service,

I put in a ticket the other day about a few Jewelcrafting recipes that were listed in the patch notes as supposed to be on the Sunwell daily faction vendor- (The Dawnstone, Talasite, Noble Topaz spell haste gem recipes are not on the vendor, whereas everything else in that section of the patch notes (such as the void shatter recipe) is infact on the vendor)

The GM I spoke with looked in to the issue and apparently checked some database, He verified that those recipes should be on that vendor, "Eldara Dawnrunner" and that they were not for sale by her in the live version of the game

He said he was going to forward it on to the Devs but he did not really know what would happen from that point

Could I get a follow-up on what kind of things might happen next

Should I keep some hope that these gem recipes may actually get added to the game at some point?

The matter's presently with our Quality Assurance Team, Fedora; while there's no scheduled resolution as of yet, investigation is indeed underway :)

These gems will be made available in-game. From a vendor within Quel'Danas. :)

There's definitely a reputation requirement. Unsure of the specifics beyond that. :)

Still verifying this bit, but I believe the recipes will be implemented with an upcoming patch and not a direct phase.

Again, not confirmed, so don't hold me to that with a sharp stick. ;)

Q u o t e:
Is this confirmed?

Yes.

Q u o t e:
How long before the next mini-patch?

As long as the sum of hours, minutes, and seconds from this point to its implementation proves to be. ;)

To add to this, can you be any more specific as to when the pattern will be implemented?

I believe my Darter friend was purposefully being a bit evasive in regards to specific times, Zinindia. :)

Regrettably, we are unable to provide an ETA in regards to this issue.

Might I suggest counting from 1 to 10 billion to pass time? :)

I appreciate your patience.

We Game Masters aren't precisely privy to that sort of information, Zinindia, and have not been made aware of when such scheduled patches may be released.

Because of this, I, instead, consulted the "charts," and was told by Venus in the Second House that, because Mercury is rising, the Four of Cups wasn't going to come over for tea. I had no idea what this meant, so decided to go with a vague generality instead. ;)

What in the world are you talking about, Maloda?

Yes. Yes they will.

BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO BEAT ME TO THE VENDOR FIRST. >:)

Oh? :)

Q u o t e:
Jewelcrafting

    * Brilliant Glass no longer requires a forge.
    * Brilliant Glass now has a small chance to make an epic gem.
    * Quick Dawnstone, Reckless Noble Topaz, Forceful Talasite are now all available at the Quel’danas gem vendor.

The patterns are, indeed, presently slated to be available on the Quel'Danas gem vendor. This change is currently intended to come with the patch and not specifically with the phase completion itself.

...That make sense? :)

I am always a little skeptical, since the patch text indicates the gems not the patterns.. hehe

Understandable. And things may well change from this point until the next, for whatever reason. But for now, that's the plan. I'll try to keep you updated.
