Any underwater towns/cities?

Are there any underwater city type areas that I've so far missed in the game? Like a place underwater where you actually talk to NPCs or have something to do at? Cause I've been far under before and seen some pretty massive areas where anything could be placed really..like off the coast of South Shore for instance.

Aside from the Temple of Atal'Hakkar (Sunken Temple) and possibly the Vile Reef (stretching it) I can't think of anything, but there definitely are some cities/areas know in previous games, lore, or otherwise to exist in Warcraft that could lend themselves to such a possibility.
