Error 202 while trying to upgrade account

I made a trial account, and now I want to upgrade it. I entered all my credit card info, then clicked finish, and I got this:

Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please contact our Billing and Account Services team for assistance - (800-592-5499).

I've tried this on multiple browsers, I've tried it several days ago, I've even tried having my brothers (who lives in a different state) try to upgrade my account with his credit card info. Nothing works.

I can't buy a retail copy of the game, so this is the only thing I can do.

Any help?

This is not an issue that needs "fixed" per se, you received the error for a reason. You can try clearing your temporary internet files (cookies/cache), try a different browser, or attempt the transaction with a different card.

Otherwise you will need to contact our Billing Department to receive additional assistance.
