Hand of A'dal post patch: order important?

Can someone tell me if the order in which you do the BT and MH attunement quests post-patch is important to whether you can get the "Hand of A'dal" title? My main currently has Vashj but not Kael, and will likely be getting a chance to do Rage Winterchill before he's able to down Kael since his guild is focused on T6 content currently. If he finishes the BT attunement quest before the MH one, will he still be able to get the title, or do you have to do them in order?
