Ghostlands not on Paid-Char-Transfer list

Paypal—you're presently unable to transfer off of Ghostlands? Is that the nature of your concern?

This issue of transferring to Ghostlands should have been resolved in weeks' past. Our Administrators were still wary, though, and encourage communication should anything fickle arise once matters were addressed.

So, I'm going to do just that. Can those of you attempting transfer please list the name and realm of each character, as well note the home and destinations realms?

Yup yup. Definitely having this looked into. :)

As an update, our administrators have isolated the source of this issue are working to resolve it currently. No ETA, but they're on it as we speak. :)

Head's up, Ghostlands—you guys will be facing a realm restart shortly (albeit, not related to this issue).

I just stepped in for the day, so I'm attempting to suss out where our Database Administrators are with the PCT and PCNC concern. Once I establish this, I'll let you know. :)

This matter is still being looked into, Soulfood; until such a time that resolution is implemented, I fear your transfers options are limited.

I'm keeping close tabs on the progress of this particular issue and will be certain to give you folks a head's up once information is available. I know this is stressful and inconvenient, so your patience is absolutely appreciated. Just keep hanging on.

Shadowwinds, is your character displaying as available for a Free Character Move?

Touløn, I'm interrupting that you can use the FCM, but not the PCT because Ghostlands is listed as an eligible "transfer from" realm for one, but not the other. Is that correct?

It looks like this may be resolved shortly; our Database Admins are attempting a resolution now. I'll get back to you when there's more information.
