Paid Character Transfer update thread v2

Since the last thread has totally gotten out of control with flames and a lot of other off topic things, lets start fresh. Pav or anothr blue please update us asap with the status of the PCT.

Good evening, folks,

As promised I do have some news. Extensive testing has gone in to resolving this issues with the PCT and it appears that the cause may of been found. Some further testing is necessary, if all goes well the PCT should be accessible after maintenance.

Now I must give my disclaimer. Murphy has been hanging over our heads on this one so, this is in no way a guarantee that they will be up. If more information comes my way I will of course pass it along to you.

As has been stated in this thread by others, the latest update comes from Tseric on the General forum:
