Changing ActionBar Page in a Macro?

Hello,

I was reading into some of the scripts available that might do this on wowwiki, but became utterly confused as I am not very experienced with this sort of thing. I know there used to be mods like this, but I am wondering if there are any updated for BC for use with Tree Form, or if a macro can be made to cast treeform and then change the actionbar page to page 3. If this is at all possible, I would greatly appreciate the help.

Thank you for the speedy response, I never realized it could be that easy! Is there a way so that if I click the same button it will transform me back to human for and go back to my original actionbar page 1? (Leaving and entering a form both use the command /cast Tree of Life)

I haven't tested it, but this might work:

/cancelaura Treeform
/cast [nostance:5] Treeform
/changeactionbar [nostance:5] 3; 1
