2.4 Patch - The Answer To Your Question

1. The Patch will be out....when its out and not before

2. The 251mb download relates to a partial patch which has been downloadable for a week now, and doesnt mean 2.4 is out today. (Thus the file is called wow-partial-1.MPQ)

3. The PTR realm is down...this does not mean 2.4 patch is out today
