Trail account Upgrade Woes...

I recently made a trial account, decided I like wow and went to subscribe.

I paid the 19.99 for the key and free month.

Then I set up a monthly payment plan over paypal...

However my account is still set to trial, and the subscriptions are pending while the trial is set to active.

How can I get my account active with full access?

As is noted in our Online Upgrade FAQ, you will be unable to communicate via chat or mail until your upgrade has been processed; however, you will be able to gain levels and access the game normally.

Typically speaking, the upgrade process can take up to 72 hours. Please remain patient, Impeccable.
