For some strange reason it seems as if you're a tiny bit excited. Maybe I'm reading you wrong though. ;)

I've personally never considered killing quest givers and NPCs PvP. That's still PvE only with the possibility of PvP tossed in.

That's what I said, only I didn't use catalyst. ;) However, killing quest givers over and over for the sake of disrupting people leveling has never appealed to me. Rampaging through the city with a bunch of friends and killing everyone in our path however, is fun to me.
