Error 202

So my card isn't frozen. I have $340 in my account and am trying to use my card to upgrade. I keep getting 202 no matter how I plug in my info. On top of that, I was able to use my card today to pay tuition so I know it's not blocked or anything silly. My bank is /shrug right now and I'd like to know why my money is no good with Blizz anymore.

Regrettably, you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department in regards to this issue, Delvin. They will be able to offer further assistance and should be able to help you upgrade your account.

I've heard of a couple Error 202's recently, but I'm unsure as to why you are experiencing this issue.

Unfortunately, Billing and Account Services will be unavailable for another 3 hours.
