Illidian Despawns. GM's resonse, "Tough!"

As I write this post I will let you know beforehand that I am slightly disturbed. It bothers me that after numerous attempts, I have to write a post in the customer support forums to address negligence in the GM department.

How is it that GM's are not able to perform a simple task. What's worse, is that we are being ignored. We are paying for a service, perhaps proper business etiquette should be a prerequisite before the hiring process commences.

We lost our Illidian and the fact that we have been ignored for over a week now is upsetting to say the least. We want it fixed. This is a serious issue, Why are we being led in circles?

On Wednesday, 5Mar08 Illidian Stormrage was defeated at approx 20:45 est and the body despawned shortly afterwards. Something needs to be done about this in a timely fashion.

Ah, that's wonderful! It looks like something was simply overlooked the first time around, and you have my apologies for the delay in getting your loot. Specialist Nexonus was pretty psyched that he got to give the Warglaive out. :D

All the best in getting to the big guy again tonight--looks like your Essence kill just went swimmingly :)
