Rep rewards after the next patch?

Will we still be able to buy rep rewards after the patch? Im Revered with AV and Im wondering if I should get some of the other Off Hands in case im not able to buy them after the next patch. Also, I heard that Epic mount training will be cheaper either with the patch or with the expansion. is this true? any input is appreciated, thanks.

All of the reputation rewards are being rolled over in to the new honor system. You'll be able to buy all the same honor and reputation rewards through the use of honor points and marks of honor which are obtained through general PvP and/or the battlegrounds.

The reputations will still exist but will now instead award you with a special title if you obtain exalted status with all three.
