To all Undead out there!

I'm sure you might've asked yourself a few times, while looking at your Undead toon... "How the heck did (s)he die anyway?" For instance, judging from the boils in their face, they might've died in some plague... If their skin is all smooth but blue-ish, they might've drowned...

I know it's a bit of a morbid question, but...

How did YOUR Undead die?
