We are currently working to address realm issues across the Vengeance battlegroup.

This issue is not isolated to Oceanic servers; however, US realm issues might be slightly less noticable because many of the US realms are not as active as Oceanic realms at this time of day.

Stick with me, guys. I'm doing all I can to get updates.

Some realms appear to be accessible once more; however, it is important to note that several players will be attempting to log into the realms as soon as possible which can create lengthier than usual log in times.

Sadly, I have not been--and likely will not be--informed as to what caused this issue. Personally, I'm a bit more interested in receiving the good news that servers are coming up. :)

Regrettably, it can be very difficult to provide an estimation because these issues are very unique on a case by case basis; however, we'll get them up as quickly as possible.

Aredek, it seems your job will always be hard keeping Bloodlust/Oceanic players satisfied unless Blizzard resolve whatever it is that keeps us suffering :( They need to show not only their customers more love, but also their employees such as yourself for having to answer a million posts about this.


Trust me, my friend. We want nothing more than to provide stable realms. Realm connectivity is a major issue that we are constantly working to improve on. Regrettably, this issue has shown it's head much too often recently; however, these sorts of things do not go unnoticed by our technicians. I sincerely hope that we can see this issue resolved... as permanently as possible.

As for my role... I've stated multiple times that I feel like the Oceanic Realms' ambassador on the Customer Service Forums. There is not another group of realms I would be more happy to fight for. I'll be right here with each of you as best as I can be. I completely understand your frustration and want nothing more than to see you all log into stable servers. :)

Unfortunately, I am unable to give an ETA in regards to when the servers will be brought back online. I would have hoped that this issue would have been addressed; however, it appears that there are some lingering issues still. The best I can offer is: as soon as possible.

Warrizee, I have been here with you for a few Thaurissan related issues; however, this appears to be an issue affecting the entire battlegroup and is not solely isolated to Thaurissan.

I assure you that we're doing what we can to resolve as quickly as possible.

To update, the following realms are currently experiencing connectivity issues:

    Argent Dawn
    Blackrock
    Illidan
    Kel'Thuzad
    Dath'Remar
    Jubei'Thos
    Thaurissan
    Tichondrius


Please note, however, that other realms across various battlegroups may also be experiencing various issues related to this issue.
