Raiding? Please. Scheduling your life around a video game to kill computers, and effectively getting punished if you miss raids to have a real social life? Give me a break.
Don't even get me started on customer service. Not only are you getting stolen out of your own irreplacable time, but you're getting treated unfairly while doing so. I'm sure everyone has had their run-ins with the mouth-breathing idiots that report people for stupid crap that no one really gets offended over, and the same GMs that carry out their own personal crusades against whoever they think is a good target to fill in their monthly ticket-answering quota and earn their "Employee of the month" t-shirt pin.
Everyone that has anything to do with this game is disgusting.
In conclusion, this game wouldn't suck if GMs didn't completely tarnish blizzard's already unstable reputation for not caring by being moronic jerks, if the monthly fee was removed, and if "casual" content were increased. Take out the raids and the competition. It just ruins the game.
