Hairstyles in WotLK

It has been said there will be new hairstyles to choose from. Two questions:

Will you be able to change your hairstyle to only the new ones? Or the old ones as well.

We have no updates to provide at this time regarding the new hairstyle feature of Wrath of the Lich King. When we have more information to share we'll let you know. :)

Second, has there been any discussion about being able to change your face, and facial features? (e.g. troll tusks, earings, horns etc..)

The last update we had for this is that no plastic surgeons have been found yet, but the hunt through the Twisting Nether for them continues as hope still remains.

Within the next few months, um, sure, yeah, we'll have some new Wrath of the Lich King info by that timeframe.

Fact: Magic is easier to learn than surgery.

Why would we need plastic surgeons? We have powerful magic in this world and surely if a Mage can turn a mob into a Sheep or a Pig, he can do some little cosmetic enhancement.

I don't think many people would want to pay for facial feature changes that only last up to 50 seconds...
