The blizzard does not seem top support alt selft casting keybindings that include shift or alt keys? Is there any way around this in 2.0?

If you bind a key binding to alt-X then the alt key will not be considered "down" for the duration of the binding - the modifier was consumed by resolving the key binding.

In the next beta update, if you bind a key binding to shift-X, then the alt key will be available in the binding.
