When you are outnumbered 2 to 1, it can be difficult to win. Hopefully you have some party members nearby to help you out.

And if the caster was on the two melee people first, there is a chance they'd take at least one of them down too. ;-)

We have no current plans to remove it if that's what you mean. If you are a caster with ranged spells it's best to try staying at a ranged distance. If you are going up against multiple opponents, your multiple teammates should be able to help you out with this.
