______________________________

We'd just like to take this time to remind our players that all disputes or challenges concerning actions taken against an account may only be addressed by one department, our Account Administration Department (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/).

Furthermore, we would like to inform everyone of the newly created 'How to Stay in the Game Guide' (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=aDisplay02046p) some of the sections that can be read about there include:

  • Account Sharing/Third-Party Character Advancement ("Power Leveling")

  • Exchange of World of Warcraft Currency/Goods/Services for non-World of Warcraft Currency/Goods/Services, and Vice-Versa (Buying/Selling Gold, Items, Characters, and/or Accounts)

  • Stacking Account Penalties/Final Warnings

  • Prohibited Software (Botting, Speed/Teleport Hacks, Data Mining, Software Hacking)

Lastly, we would like to remind everyone about the Forum Guidelines, specifically the section that talks about players Discussing Disciplinary Actions: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/forum-coc.html?sid=1#_Toc127268915). Any players found in violation of this may be subject to disciplinary actions here on the forums, and their posts will be deleted.

Q u o t e:
Discussing Disciplinary Actions

This category includes:

* Creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a player, including chat logs and email correspondence between a player and a World of Warcraft Game Master (GM)
* Creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a character or account on the forums

If a player is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:

* Be given a temporary ban from the World of Warcraft forums, depending upon severity
* Each department has its own channels for you to express any comments or concerns through:
* Forums: wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com
* GMs: wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com

Graverot, that guide is more for people who may be worried that they are going to get actioned for no reason. It is a guide for them to go over, and possibly understand a little more about what is going on.

Which quickly got hit with " To be honest, the BBB is completely toothless, and Bizzard's legal department has ensured that any banning they do is within their rights regardless of reason or lack thereof. " from a CM So our hopes do not look very good seeing as the only recourse we have is basically a joke to blizz.

To be clear here, that was an MVP, not CM or GM.
