Jagex (Runescape 3 and Old School Runescape). They’ve actually seen their playerbase go up. Why is that? Great question but the most notable difference?
Every week the dev’s do an hour long QnA and they actually address the real problems. Also players vote on the features they want, its not a “you don’t know what you actually want” mentality like Blizz has. Maybe, just maybe if Blizz actually communicated every week, and started caring about its players like Jagex does, maybe the subs will start coming back.
