yeah and everyone who's ever been given the death sentance is guilty also...

but i am sure 99% of the people who claim to be wrongly banned did actually deserve it.

The death penalty is not analogous to account closure, folks. Not only is that a dramatically applied analogy, but players can also contest account actions or bans and have the charges reversed. Find me one person who was given his/her life back after being executed incorrectly.

i find it very much like the death sentence seeing as you can just appeal your case while your on death row

Yes, but you can still appeal your case when banned. You cannot appeal your case when dead.

yea but you can't even post in the customer service section while banned.

This is true. Fortunately, we hold no jurisdiction over removing account penalties. Players can, however, contact Account Administration while banned (as is what they should be doing).

Account Administration takes a long time to reply though. Forums are much quicker.

We may respond faster, but there are still issues with which we are unable to provide assistance.

not being malicious or anything but then why aren't you asisting the other GMs sort through the Emails? im sure theres plenty.

I do not work in Account Administration, Shifteh. It's similiar to reasons why I wouldn't run over and help design an instance if the developers are working overtime to push new content.

maybe we alredy did. seeing as Account Administration is a generic email service im just chatting with a responsive blue. what i find funny is that one of my accounts got banned (out of 2) one (the one im not posting on) was reactivated yesterday and got banned and the one ive been playing on for a couple of months didnt (this one). so if blizzard compiled data to fill out the bans....why (if anything) didnt this account get banned? logics a b**** huh?

edit: lol dont ban this one.

Each email sent to them is reviewed and considered by human beings. The questions you pose are better left in an email to them.

I'm not sure what you're talking about; but I don't think it's appropriate for this forum. = p
