On Tuesday, November 15, 2006, Blizzard sent out a massive blanket of bans upon every realm. The intended target was players expoiting, cheating, botting, or anything else they deem a violation of the ToS Agreement. While their intentions were supposedly for the best, what they actually did was go "gung-ho" with the ban button.

Tonyrobins, Lvl 60 Hunter, Runetotem (PvE)
This character was banned for third party programs that played the game for him.

While this wouldn't be of any concern under any normal circumstance, this is no normal circumstance.
Tony was a legit player from day 1. He ground out every damn level, and even levelled alts to 50+... 100% LEGIT. I ask this to Blizzard...

1. Where is the proof?
2. How was this 'proof' (if any) obtained?
