Ok i started playing when WoW came out, I loved it back in the day, when epics wernt something you could spend 6 hours grinding av to get, when you'd have to wipe 20-30x just to clear 1 naxx boss when you didn't have it on farm,

I came back and made this warrior and hit 70 just after s3 came out and I see so many people with s1 gear it drives me nuts, now before you say "well you have s1 gear too" yes I do because if i didnt id have no chance against anything because of resilience, but its just..

epics have become something that is just so easy to get.. resilience just ruined this game, any scrub can farm av and get 400 resilience and its just stupid, epics have become the new greens, it took me 2 weeks to farm my gear, 2 FREAKING WEEKS, do you know how long it took me to get full epics from naxx/bwl/aq40 etc

over 365 days...

yes thats right over 365 days, starting at MC

its just ridicules, what happened to this game, everywhere I go I see scrubs in s1 gear and resilience just makes it worst, epics used to separate the scrubs from the pro's, now its just so easy.. this game has become way to easy for my taste and i just don't know what to do anymore

this game just feels like even more a time sink then it used to be.. and resilience just feels like its a skill blizzard added to help the people who have no skill whatsoever..

thats the character I used to have fun on..

I think I may propose we make a new item quality level called "Ego" that would only color the name of an item black while it's the best in the game, and when new tiers/progression or what have you open up it changes to purple. Maybe that would make it a clearer separation. It seems your only issue is that you see purple items on people. It's just a color. If the actual value of the item beyond the color of its name is taken into account, looks, actual visual recognition of achievements of a player... STATS for A'dal's sake...

Do you look at someone in Tier 4 and someone in Tier 6 and compare them equally for their progression in the game because they both have epic quality items?

its nice to know that even blizzard knows they screwed up, epics arent epics anymore and you said so yourself.

enough veteren players have said so.

The color of an item name doesn't matter, you put far too much importance on flexing your purples. If I see your character, am I going to think "wow that's full season 3 and some weapon I've never even seen before" or "wow a season 1 scrub with julie's dagger".

At that point does the color of their item's names actually matter? Does it ever matter? People can see how progressed you are, how super awesome you are, they'll even tell you so, without needing to inspect you and mouse over your items.

Here's a thought, Drysc, instead of picking out the stupidest posting and responding to that, why don't you pick out the BEST posting and respond to that. There are people here who care about the game as a game, who are not E-peen 15 year olds. But you never respond to those postings. You take the easy pickings and that's it. Take the hard ones. Tell us why even with thousands of postings by dedicated raiders screaming that blizzard's idiotic attunement process is burning them out from having to attune new guild members over and over and over and over and ove rand over and over and over again.. .tell us why blizzard ignored those people and didn't put in a fix TEN #$%$#%$# MONTHS AGO for it? And that's just one of dozens of major game issues that have been completely ignored by blizzard.

The game has been ruined, and not by us. By people like you, who can't face hard questions square in the face and respond with good answers to your customer base.

Well we are removing Hyjal/BT attunements at this point because we feel they're ready to be lifted, we didn't lift them before because we did not. You call it a "fix" to remove them, but we placed those attunements there, we wanted them there, they've served their purpose and now we're removing them.

Progressive game design is fun.

Of course removing them even at this point is a giant slap in the face and completely invalidates everyone's achievements, etc etc etc

I'm sure though that if any guild leaders actually saw their members complaining about the attunements being lifted they'd slam them around a bit with a large trout.
