Account hacked, When to restore items?

Recently my World of Warcraft account was hacked. By "recently" I mean THIS MORNING. Yes, 4am this morning the guy hacked it. He stripped my lvl 30, and my 70 alt of anything that could sell. He sent all of these items to my MAIN character, then which he TRANSFERED this character to Azuremyst. He sold all the items that could sell to either a vendor or on the auction house from a level one alt.

I got the account back through Pass recovery, have looked through everything to take a glimpse at the damage.

What I'm wondering is, when do I contact a GM to get my items restored on this character, my 30 alt, and my main 'Melonjuice.' ? Should I do it right now or wait till 'Melonjuice' gets restored back to my realm Arygos?

I did the Web Form at Blizzard.com for unauthorized paid character transfer. And I am waiting for that to work its' self out. But I wasn't sure this would restore ALL of my characters.

What should I do? Contact now or wait till my main gets back to his original realm, then contact a GM for item restoration?

P.S Thank you!

Oh and something funny, he started farming on my Main for green/blue items. Do I keep everything he just farmed when they restore the character rofl?

Sorry, but does this mean you read my post and say yes, or is it an automated response?

EDIT: But this does help, thank you.

Yes, please submit an in-game petition now. We will be able to look into this further whether or not your character is returned to his previous server.

Rosalela has provided you with a link to the Account Compromise Info Center, this a great resource. Please review this thread thoroughly as it may answer many of your questions.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to let me know. :)
