Gold/power leveling ad harassment

They are everywere in Black Dragonflight, spamming lfg, general, even in instances such as MC spamming 10 line+ gold buying adds. I keep reporting them but nothing happens, just a auto responce.

They cannot be ignored because they will use a name like adlkjhas then change it to jhjhasdjh

Can't you sue them for causing these problems? I know it's not only me because there are threads from multiple realms.

Egoe, please report any instances of our in-game Harassment Policy being violated. In this case it would be the Advertisement section of our policy: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01315p#advertising

Even without the exact name of the player we can still track these advertisements, simply mention that you were whispered directly or if it was said in a specific channel. The Game Master receiving your report will assuredly take the appropriate action. ;)

Also, in the future please refrain from creating any threads or posts with the address of the related website - as that is indirectly advertising for the website.

Q u o t e:
What if we report it and it keeps happening? It's multiple usernames flooding all the channels? I understand that it is being worked on but if its multiple realms can we be assured that the most stern measures are being used?

Oh, I assure you that the appropriate actions are being taken when such a report is received.

Discussing the internal process we take in a public form would simply provide instructions on how to avoid receiving action. I'm sorry, however due to both security and privacy concerns we will not and cannot disclose the exact action taken against accounts.
