Seeing as the addon appears to use an EXE file to tamper with the sound files bundled with your game client, Bagoheals, I would strongly advise against installing it; both using third-party programs that interact directly with World of Warcraft and altering game files in such a manner are considered violations of our Terms of Use, and could result in repercussions against one's account.
