Senaria First off, what qualifies as cheating? I feel like it is too broad...
Cheating would be, using an exploit, botting, teleport/speed hacking, etc. . . .

Senaria And secondly, why isn't there a report : griefing/trolling option??
Griefing and Trolling have extremely broad definitions and not all of them are considered violations of our Terms of Use and something that our In-Game support staff is able to address.
The right click reporting system is not intended to encompass every issue that you may come across. It is intended to provide a quick and accurate method of reporting specific types of violations.
For example, a naming violation requires almost nothing beyond the report of the name itself. Inappropriate language often works the same way. If someone is using profanity, right clicking on that chat line and reporting it, reports what was said and who said it.

Hitoh I might sound like a weird thing to ask, but it happened to me that somebody acted in a way that's worth a report, but they logged before I had the chance to to the whole "right click and select the issue" thing.
You can still report them through your main chat window.

Hitoh In a case like that, do I file a ticket or directly contanct somebody via [email protected]?
[email protected] has not been an active e-mail address for many months now. :) You may use the Support Site as an alternative, though harassment violations are best reported via the new right click report option.
