I was farming motes of life and when I clicked on a stack of 10 to convert to a primal, the motes disappeared and I didn't get my primal. I put in a ticket and the first GM said there was nothing he could do. Knowing how inconsistent things are, I put in another ticket immediately, and the second GM said the same thing. Put in a third ticket, and THAT GM restored my motes (I got em in the mail).
I'm farming trees in Skettis and a couple horde swoop down and ninja my kills, skinning them before I could. I put in a ticket. It's not harassment, nothing the GM can do. So I follow the horde and ninja several of their kills. A GM contacts me and tells me to stop or I'll be suspended for harassment. He tells me the previous GM was wrong and it is harassment. So I put in a ticket about the horde and guess what! The GM tells me it is NOT harassment.
Blizzard, your training of GMs sucks big time. You need to seriously fix it. And yes, I sent email to the email address provided, but as usual I got only a canned response and I don't expect things to actually change.
This game has the worst customer service of any game I have ever played. GMs can't keep their policies straight and CMs won't answer legitimate questions about the game, they only respond to fluff.
