Wow GM training sucks

Seriously... the inconsistencies from one GM to another is mind-boggling.

I was farming motes of life and when I clicked on a stack of 10 to convert to a primal, the motes disappeared and I didn't get my primal. I put in a ticket and the first GM said there was nothing he could do. Knowing how inconsistent things are, I put in another ticket immediately, and the second GM said the same thing. Put in a third ticket, and THAT GM restored my motes (I got em in the mail).

I'm farming trees in Skettis and a couple horde swoop down and ninja my kills, skinning them before I could. I put in a ticket. It's not harassment, nothing the GM can do. So I follow the horde and ninja several of their kills. A GM contacts me and tells me to stop or I'll be suspended for harassment. He tells me the previous GM was wrong and it is harassment. So I put in a ticket about the horde and guess what! The GM tells me it is NOT harassment.

Blizzard, your training of GMs sucks big time. You need to seriously fix it. And yes, I sent email to the email address provided, but as usual I got only a canned response and I don't expect things to actually change.

This game has the worst customer service of any game I have ever played. GMs can't keep their policies straight and CMs won't answer legitimate questions about the game, they only respond to fluff.

As I mentioned in my response, there was no reply to the Mote of Life petition because it was closed before a Game Master addressed it.

Nor was an e-mail sent from the address registered to your account, nor one sent from us since December.

I'm sorry to hear that, Malenth, from the petitions I show in your history it seems we were able to assist in most cases. A pet bar issue where the most likely resolution would be to reset your User Interface, a couple of stuck issues that we resolved. There was one about a vendoring of a chestpeice when you realized that you wanted the old one back, we required a bit more information and sent an e-mail to you asking for more information though I don't see we ever received it.

There are many things that we can help with and a number of things that we can not. Some issues we simply do not have the abilities required to assist. Say a mob gets stuck, we may be able to despawn it and that should resolve it, when the mob respawns it should act normally. A lot of Instance issues with stuck mobs must be resolved on the developmental level and can not be reset by us. A "soft reset" (leaving the instance for 30 minutes) will usually reset this event and allow you to continue.
