We are currently looking further into Thaurissan.

If it has not already been made clear:
    We are aware of the issue.
    I have posted multiple time saying that we are working on a long term solution in the very near future. Due to possible unforeseen issues, I am unable to predict an accurate time frame.
    We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience.

Thaurissan appears to be up and accessible.

I am still waiting for more information regarding Kil'Jaeden.
