To answer your question, I have seen this happen a few times myself. My best guess would be that it involves several players not joining the queue or leaving the game for another battleground.

I really don't mind that people are upset, I just wish my buddies from Thaurissan would believe that I truly want to help them. It's never fun to do everything you can only to be slapped in the face.
With that being said, I'm still going to do what I can to help resolve the issue to the best of my abilities. Whether they choose to believe me or not is irrelevant to the issue at hand.
