Calling Billing from New Zealand

Hi there,

I've noticed the GMs on this forum have a template they use when referring customers to the Billing and Account Services Team:

*Australian users should call 1-800-041-378 if the above number doesn’t work.
*Singaporean users should call 1 800-2549-9273 if the above number doesn’t work.

From New Zealand, we need to dial a prefix to call international/USA 1800 numbers.
I thought it might be useful to add that to your list ?

The format is: 0168 1 800 592 5499 (for the billing number, as an example)

As Tandaa mentioned, the calling code that you would need to dial can vary drastically depending on various local differences. It would be more beneficial if everyone checked their local code listings, rather than us providing a generic code; a code which could change often. =)

I don't see why someone from New Zealand would be unable to use the Australian number. But, it may end up being along the lines of calling Australia, so the country code they enter may be different.
