G15 keyboard

I was wondering with my g15 keyboard is it breaking the rules that i have one key set to send in my pet, mark the mob, and shoot a sting arrow. Cause to me i can under stand the software part of the game but when using a keyboard that any one can go out and buy and set up i don't see why it would be a bad thing. Anyways i ran into this site (<no linky>) when looking for stuff for the g15 and this made me a bit scared considering i don't want to loose my account just for using a g15. I mean this is only one side of the story but i would be upset if i was band thanks to my g15 and had no chance to explan.

Also can you tell the diffrence between a keyboard and a thrid party program?
